Dental Implants: What You Need to Know Before You Compare Prices
Dental implants are widely regarded as one of the most advanced, durable, and effective solutions for replacing missing teeth. Whether you’re missing a single tooth, several teeth, or require a full-arch restoration, dental implants can offer a long-term, natural-looking result that feels and functions just like your own teeth.
Implants don’t just improve your smile - they restore your ability to chew, speak, and live confidently. Because they integrate with the jawbone, they also help prevent bone loss and maintain the structure of your face over time.
Despite the growing popularity of implants, one of the most common questions patients have is: How much do they actually cost? And more importantly - what’s included in that price?
Understanding what you’re paying for can make all the difference when comparing quotes and choosing the right clinic for your care.
Transparent Pricing: What’s Included?
At The Lytham Dental Clinic, we believe in transparent and honest pricing with no hidden extras.
For our members our dental implant treatments start from:
Single Dental Implant – from £3,020
This includes the surgical implant, healing components, and final restoration with a crown.
We always quote for graft work just in case you need it, if on the day of surgery, we don’t use any graft you wouldn’t be charged for it. We find that this way there are no expensive surprises.
Full Arch Implant-Retained Denture – from £7995
Full Arch Implant-Retained Bar Denture – from £12,500
Full Arch Fixed Bridge (All-on-4/All-on-6) – from £15,995
These prices reflect a complete treatment plan, not just the surgical placement of the implant.
Beware of “Lower” Prices
It’s important to understand that some clinics advertise the cost of the implant only — without including the price of the final crown or restoration (the teeth part of the implant). This can make their prices seem significantly lower at first glance, but the final cost may end up being much higher.
When comparing dental implant costs, always ask your Dentist:
• Does the price include the crown, denture, or bridge?
• Are consultations, imaging (like CBCT scans), and follow-up visits included?
• What materials are being used?
At The Lytham Dental Clinic, our implant consultations are designed to be thorough, informative, and completely honest. We take the time to walk you through every stage of the process - from your initial assessment and treatment planning to the healing timeline, materials we use, and what to expect in terms of long-term care and maintenance.
We believe in full transparency, so there are no hidden costs or surprises. You’ll leave your consultation with a clear understanding of your options, the total investment involved, and the steps ahead, all featured in your personal treatment plan.
To make treatment more accessible, we also offer flexible payment plans that allow you to spread the cost of your new smile in a way that works for you.
Your new smile is an investment — and we want you to make an informed decision with no surprises later on.
